We are so extremely proud to announce that The Pumphouse Hotel (St Andrews Conservatory) won the award for the BEST HOTEL RECEPTION in Victoria at the Australian Bridal Industry Academy’s 17th Annual Victorian Bridal Awards on 5th May 2015!!
Susan was also a finalist in the Function Coordinator category with a score of 99.46%!
The ABIA Awards acknowledge the highest rated suppliers, solely determined by newlyweds.
Participating newlyweds supply information by rating & reviewing the ‘Quality of Product’, ‘Quality of Service’, ‘Value for Money’ and ‘Attitude of Staff’. To be eligible for the awards, all ABIA Members must attain an A Rate (average rating) equal to or above 95.00%.
